Transaction Structure
All cash buyer or will acquire with existing debt under select circumstances.
Tax Protection
We can exchange a seller’s equity into Westwood Financial, LLC units.

Major MSAs in CA, AZ, CO, TX, GA, NC and FL
Demographics
Three-mile population greater than 80,000 people and a median household income greater than $80,000.
