Westwood offers investment opportunities on select single assets. The first of these opportunities was launched in 2022 virtually on the CrowdStreet Marketplace, a capital-raising platform. It provided investors exposure to a specific grocery-anchored retail center in Atlanta, Georgia. Westwood leased the property from 70% to 100% in just one quarter providing investors with a target 7% distribution return (annualized) and a total return of 15%. Westwood has identified additional single asset opportunities which will become available to investors in 2023. Single asset opportunities will target a cash-on-cash return of 7-9% and a total return of 10-13%.
