The HILGARD™ Single Tenant Net Lease (“STNL”) Fund was formed in 2021. This is an open-ended fund targeting single tenant net lease properties with long-term leases. STNL properties with long-term leases can produce not only attractive cash yields with partial tax shelter but also less income volatility.
