Executive Assistant

Department: Administrative

Location: Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA

The Executive Assistant supports the C-Suite Executive team and acts as the liaison between the executives and their teams as well as internal and external business partners. This individual is responsible for conserving the executives’ time by reading, researching, and routing correspondences, drafting letters and documents, and collecting and analyzing information that is communicated to the executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and manage multiple assignments with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
  • Manage and maintain the schedules and multiple calendars of the supported senior executives via Outlook calendars
  • Maintain confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters
  • Respond to detailed inquiries on a variety of organizational activities and prepare operational summaries as needed
  • Reconcile corporate credit card account(s) and expenses
  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings, and reconcile travel requests, changes, tickets, and refunds
  • Ability to compose professional correspondence and documents, including but not limited to: professional legal documents, letters, reports, memos, excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and other necessary documents as needed
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects such as travel arrangement/coordination for company events, and more


  • Minimum 5yearsofexperience supporting senior level executive(s)
  • Must have real estate and/or commercial real estate industry background
  • Self-motivated and able to work well in fast-pace environment
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize
  • Outstanding time-management skills and able to anticipate, plan and organize
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience with Concur and MRI is a plus
  • Flexible and willing to learn and the ability to adapt to new responsibilities
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
